Match to stationary and chop saws with a 1 inch arbor and correct flange set. Verify that the flange faces are clean and flat. Tighten only to the torque recommended by the saw maker. Conduct a ring test before mounting. Stand clear for the first 30 seconds after start to confirm smooth running.

Safety and compliance

Use personal protective equipment that meets ANSI requirements for eye and face protection, along with hearing protection and gloves. Follow ANSI B7.1 for mounting and operation. Troubleshooting quick guide

Slow cut Reduce feed pressure slightly and let the A24N bond bite. Confirm wheel speed is within spec and use a fresh support flange if glazed.

Wandering cut Check that flanges are equal diameter and free of residue. Confirm that the work is supported and that the wheel reached full speed before entry.

Excessive burr Back off feed pressure and allow the wheel to clear the kerf. Replace the wheel if it is near end of life.
